How much do sessions cost?

The initial 20-minute consultation is free. Individual 50-minute sessions and online are £60 and couples therapy sessions are £100 for 60 minutes.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or want to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space, therapy can help. The best way to find out is to book a free consultation.

It varies for each person. Some people see improvements after a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We’ll review your progress regularly.

Yes. I provide secure video sessions for clients who prefer remote therapy or can’t attend in person. The process is just as effective as face-to-face sessions.
Yes. All sessions are completely private and confidential, following professional ethical guidelines. The only exception is if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, in which case I’m legally required to take appropriate steps.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Payment is required before each session, or upfront if booking a block of sessions.
